Especially in the valley regions of Austria, hoteliers depend on being able to offer their guests comfort in summer as well as in the ski business. After the winter months have left their mark on the furniture and the entire interior, a soft renovation is in many cases appropriate. Newer design standards or contemporary attention to detail are also aspects for guests that can be decisive when choosing a hotel.

Don't influence the running operation

At best, the current operation should not supper from the renovation work, the well-being of the guests has the highest priority. "The earlier we are involved in the renovation process, the easier it will be for us to implement the project. The hotelier should have as little work as possible", the Austrian says.
